I'm a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of Waikato. I am passionate about using psychology to improve our everyday working lives and my teaching, research and writing focus on this.
I teach undergraduate and postgraduate modules on the application of Psychology to work. I also have experience of teaching Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management as well as Quantitative Research Methods training for doctoral students.
In my research, I'm engaged in answering questions such as "What kind of things can improve our well-being at work?" and "How different are we in our 'home' and 'work' roles, and how does it affect us?" I supervise several PhD students who are working on projects in these areas. You can find out more here.
