We're a couple of weeks into our new semester at the University of Waikato and I've really enjoyed meeting the students who are taking our undergraduate elective in Organisational Psychology. For most of them, it's the first time they are getting the opportunity to see how psychology and work intersect. For some it may even be the start of a lifelong love of the subject as it was for me!
